NextGen Plumbing came and installed a water softner, whole house filter, and ran a gas line out to our deck for our grill. They were extremely professional and provided a quote right away. They offered helpful suggestions and provided advice without being pushy and didn't try and upsell me like many other companies did. They scheduled the install date and were responsive when I had questions. The day of they showed up on time, worked hard and finished the project in estimated time window. I would recommend them for any and all plumbing needs!

Marc Rachal and his NextGen Plumbing company did outstanding work for us. They installed a new shower fixture, and four vanity sinks with new faucet fixtures. They did all of this on time and budget. They were very organized and left a clean worksite at completion. We recommend NextGen Plumbing.

I'm not sure where to start. I did a complete bathroom remodel being my own general contractor. I was pretty clueless, but I did due diligence getting estimates and asking questions. I immediately knew NextGen plumbing was the right choice. From start to finish, Marc and Alex showed up when they said they would, and even times I didn't realize I would need them, they came over late and stayed and completed disconnecting work so my tiler could keep going the next day. The work included plumbing for new sinks, shower, tub install and tub faucet. There's nothing plumbing related they can't do!! I felt totally comfortable with them in my house even if I wasn't home. Marc explained everything, usually more than once cuz I'm a little slow ;).
My new drop in tub is perfect, no "soft" spots when you step in. All the new faucets work great! I bothered him several times asking if particular faucets that I wanted would work. He patiently answered all of my questions that I texted him. They worked with my crazy schedule of all the different services that relied on each other before something else could be completed. I knew I could count on them! They had to come over several different times because of it, and he didn't charge me more because of that. Wow! Truly a master plumber and also so kind! I'm so happy I have finally found a good plumber (living here for 25 years) that I know I can call if ever I have plumbing problems. And super cool they work on gas fireplaces, i didn't even know that! I'd recommend them to anyone! 10 stars!!

if i could give them 6 stars i would. The work on my basement bathroom was nothing short of perfect.

We found a horse waterer leaking at 4:30pm on Friday. We are new to the area, so jumped on Yelp to find a plumber. We called NextGen Plumbing, and Marc answered & said he'd come out right away. He was prompt, efficient, fixed the problem, and answered all of our questions. Marc even checked a couple other items for us during the visit. We will have NextGen on speed dial for all our future plumbing needs!

Marc totally came thru in a very last minute pinch when Best Buy wouldn't hook up my new fridge. Marc was so courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend him to others.

We had a burst pipe in the crawl space of our basement. Small space, couldn't turn off the water to the house, extremely limited access to the pipe to fix. Mark came in and within an hour and a half had replaced the main shut off valve, repaired the pipe, and really saved the day. Very professional, very quick, reasonable prices. Would highly recommend!

Too bad I cannot leave a 10 star rating instead of a 5 star. I had Marc install a dishwasher for my wife and I, and he was totally professional
with his work and appearance in my home! He also laid out all of the

Marc did a great job. I had a new hot water heater installed, a shut off value put in behind my fridge and some valves under my sink replaced. Everything is working great!

Marc came out twice and installed reverse osmosis water filter and water heater. On time, quoted my costs up front and was very professional. I am very please with my water heater closet, reconfigured everything and now I even how a storage area in that closet. Good work!

Very professional. Came in looked at a bunch of things I wanted them to have a look. Gave honest input and pricing for necessary fixes. Also very responsive as he had to work with my insurance company. Again had to go through my insurance company to report a bunch of things with them. At the end my insurance didn't approve of the fixes, but still went with them to fix the issues. All through he was very professional and very punctual.

He fixed the leak quickly. I am an out of town customer and the leak was in an investment property. Marc called me back immediately. He also offered to find someone to fix the drywall. He was responsible and I would use him again

Such a great company to work with. Friendly Knowledgeable, and Economical. Gave us piece of mind that the jobs we have had them do where done right. We had them replace a toilet that was old from when our house was built and our Hot Water Heater. Will definitely have them do all our plumbing.

I found Marc through recommendations on the Nextdoor app. Sure glad I did! The hose on my kitchen faucet sprung a leak. I called on Tuesday afternoon and he was at my door at 8am the next day. I saw Marc was recommended on Nextdoor so I called about a leak under our kitchen sink. I called on a Sunday evening, so i expected to leave a message, but Marc answered and listened to the problem. He made time in his schedule the next day to fix the leak.

Marc was on time, put on booties before entering the house, and replaced our leaking garbage disposal - even using a disposal we had purchased in case that was the problem. He was efficient and effective, as well as courteous. In addition, Marc gave us some advice on a gas line question as well as how to best support the kitchen sink.

We will use Marc for all of our plumbing needs and will definitely recpommend him to anyone who requires a plumber.

Easy to get an appointment to work with my schedule. Gave me clear analysis of issues with my water heater and pipes. Answered a lot of questions so I could make a choice of services and equipment to solve several plumbing issues. Provided several estimates while still here on site. Worked hard to keep my floors and the work area clean. Followed up a day after the install to check that all was well. Very, very pleased with the entire experience.

Seriously this company ROCKS!!! I can not say enough about the timely manner in which complete new water lines in my entire home,
along with a new tankless water heater were installed!!! One day!!! I was more then impressed!!! Professional, knowledgeable and an extremely hard worker, which seems harder and harder to find these days!!! I was able to watch the complete installation and would definitely recommend him. ...many reviewers of services provided rarely indicate if the complete process was witnessed.
